More deals are coming!

Our team just got back from back to back conferences in Denver at the IBBA (International Business Brokers Association) and the M&A Source. We told hundreds of business brokers and lower middle market M&A advisors about the PAGD project and many are excited to bring us their best deals before they go to market and be featured to our growing Buyer group.

Casey (new PAGD teammate that we flew out to Denver as PAGD ambassador) is following up and setting up meetings on several this week and we hope to have 2-4 new exclusive looks in the next 15 days so May ends strongly.

Remember for the off-market and pre-market exclusives, you must be a $100/mo paid member (there's currently only about 60 of you out of the 1000+ this email goes out to, so sign up here if you want the premium deals). We are committed to 250 members hard cap on the paid list to keep it small/exclusive and send 40-80 SMB deals annually down it, mostly all over 500K SDE, coast-to-coast.

Also, we've been noodling how to provide more value to the 1,000 of you beautiful freeloaders that haven't joined the paid membership, and want to show you some love as well for your subscription.

I'm gathering some deals that "Probably Should Have Sold" and will send you a roundup email of good-looking, on-market deals from good sources that have not yet found a good Buyer. And will continue to send you monthly summaries of the PAGD exclusives as well.

Free subscribers will get value periodically and we'll keep coming up with creative ways to show you love.

Paid members will get an increasing rhythm of good-sized, premium SMB deal first-looks they can't get anywhere else.
