Probably a Good Deal! - Issue #17, Deal Roundup July

Hi PAGD fam,

This is a free roundup email to everyone on the PAGD list. Will try to do one of these at least monthly where I've got a list of interesting deals from around the country. Some of these will be smaller, most will already be on the market, but stuff I know is from good sources and likely priced well and being overlooked by Buyers.

Remember there's a smaller group e-mail I send out to paying members that's for $500K-$5M EBITDA off-market and pre-market deals that are exclusive, not on any website. It's $100/mo to be a subscribing member and see those larger exclusive deals with me interviewing the broker or seller talking about them. Sign up for that membership here if you haven't.

Also, have y'all heard of Kumo? If you're a serious searcher you should check it out. We've been test driving it and love how much time it saves. It scrapes the internet for deals daily from tons of websites and sorts them into a database you can filter and find stuff a zillion times faster than just looking at BizBuySell and other websites. Over 100,000 deals are on it and only about 40% can be found on BizBuy, as its taking in lots of data and cleaning it up for duplicates, etc. Great way to run your deal flow.

I have negotiated a special 44 day free trial if you want to try them out (they're normally 14 days). Click here and use my Promo code to sign up. Yes, I am an affiliate of theirs. But give it a go risk-free and see if you like it as much as we do.

Blue skies,

Clint
