Today we are bringing 2 more deals to the marketplace, a California-based trucking company and a DFW area 4-location coffee shop.

Up first is the trucking company. The business handles logistics, shipping, and warehousing out of the Bay Area port in California.

  • 2022 Revenue was $15.6M

  • 2022 Adjusted EBITDA of $1.65M

  • First half of 2023 the Revenue $8.1M in Revenue

  • The company owns over 50 trucks with 90% of the fleet being 2020 models or newer

  • The company operates out of 2 locations. The first location is the warehouse, it is a 28,000 Sqft building plus office space and is leased by the company. The second location is the trucking yard where trucks are parked and serviced. The property is 4 acres and is owned by the company and is available for purchase.

Next, we have the multi-location coffee business. 

  • 4 locations around the DFW, with a potential 5th and 6th location in the near future.

    • 2021: $953K

    • 2022: $1.6M

    • 2023E: $2M+ (currently doing $200K+/mo)

  • This deal will not be SBA bankable due to it being essentially a startup still, opening new locations and reinvesting for growth will not allow for traditional cash flow underwriting like an established business. Ideal Buyer will be someone already in the Coffee or Restaurant industry or an owner/operator that has a substantial down payment and we could do Seller Financing for part of this.
